The Challenge: Maximize regional digital engagement and capture consumer data during high-profile Dior Backstage product launches by creating a seamless, premium digital destination for product discovery and event RSVPs.

  • Product & Agency Management: Directed an external web development agency to build and deploy high-performance microsites. I led the visual direction and user experience (UX) strategy to ensure the interface met the meticulous luxury standards of the house of Dior.
