The Challenge: Elevate Christian Dior's digital presence across Latin America by optimizing auxiliary social web platforms and unifying marketing strategies across multiple regional territories, ensuring strict adherence to global luxury brand standards.
My Solutions & Strategic Impact:
Agency & Product Management: Managed and collaborated with an external web development agency to overhaul and optimize Dior’s social media supporting platforms. I directed the enhancement of key site features to improve user experience (UX), streamline customer journeys, and boost digital engagement.
Data-Driven Creative Strategy: Monitored, tracked, and analyzed critical KPIs across web traffic, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns. By turning raw data into actionable insights, I continuously refined visual assets and campaign performance to optimize regional conversion rates (CVR).
Cross-Regional Leadership: Partnered directly with international Brand Managers across Latin America to align localized digital content with corporate luxury standards, ensuring a cohesive 360° omni-channel presence throughout the region.
